Sam Lee (Owner & Founder)

Sam has over 20 years of experience as a landscaper and contractor. This guy can get stuff done. Sam founded Rugged Rock Landscaping with a passion for providing top quality work, competitive pricing, a down-to-earth approach, and the highest level of integrity.

Sam is a people person and loves extending to others the same grace that has changed his life. He believes in ‘hands on’ leadership and is not only our founder, but also our ‘chief dirt flinger’. You’ll see him in the forefront maneuvering the excavator, laying down boulder walls, shoveling cement, throwing down mulch, and even building inside. We affectionately call him the “Get-It-Done-Guy.”

If you can dream it, he can build it…and he’ll do it with a smile on his face.

We are a local, family owned and operated business. You may see his wife, Nicole helping on the administrative side of things, or his daughter, Emma, right alongside him, working just as hard as he does! Our family friend, Tucker, is our trusted main guy! Tucker is a joy to work around and excellent at executing just what people ask for!

Sam and Nicole have 3 other kids, 1 away in college, and 2 other littles that aren’t quite ready to be on the job yet!
